Conferences at Surgeons' Hall Complex

Our stunning venue can provide all you require for a conference for up to 200 delegates. You can have exclusive use of our Symposium Hall with a tiered auditorium or our Quincentenary Hall complete with business centre and break-out rooms.

Break-out rooms

We have 12 break-out rooms varying in capacity from 12 to 60. Just let us know your requirements and we will allocate the appropriate rooms to your event. Our meetings page provides a list of recommended meeting rooms that may be suitable for meeting your conferencing needs

Audio-visual

All rooms in the Symposium Hall and Quincentenary Hall have built-in standard AV facilities which are included in the room hire. Any additional AV required will incur a charge. We also have a conferencing system for up to 50 delegates and video-conferencing facilities. Visit our AV page to check AV capabilities for each of our rooms.

Accommodation at Surgeons' Hall Complex

Ten Hill Place Hotel has beautiful skyline rooms for those important speakers at your conference. Delegate rates are also available. The cocktail bar can provide a welcome retreat at the end of a long day. Conference Dinner

Coaching faculty and delegates to a venue for dinner can add to the cost of your event. Our wonderful Playfair Hall is a great place to hold your dinner – steeped in history and within walking distance of Ten Hill Place Hotel. We can include a tour of the Playfair building and Surgeons’ Hall Museums, which will fascinate medical and lay people alike. Our award-winning caterer Heritage Portfolio provides a stunning array of menus featuring the finest ingredients. We also have an extensive wine list to choose from.
